The great commission – go on mission!

In the bible it says “go into the entire world and preach the gospel” (mark 15v16) that is a mission and it is important as a Christian to fulfil this commandment. Jesus came down to earth to take the pain and punishment for our sins. It wasn’t the nails that held him to the cross but it was our sin. God is a God of forgiveness and it is our job to go out and tell every one! Even if you think “mission isn’t for me” you are so wrong – he didn’t just choose a couple of people but he told every born again Christian to go out and share about Jesus and to pray for the nations! Mission starts at home as well as going out into the world- School and at home are the best places to share the gospel – you can build relationships with your friends and let them know bout the awesome god that saved us!

Not only is this a privilege to work for are awesome God but it is a great experience in its self that will change you and the world! It will change you even if you’re working in your school or even travelling to the other side of the world. I have been on many missions in the past and not one is better than the other.

When on mission you will find yourself doing a variety of things from maintenance to dancing, drama to playing game, going wild to calm and collected! ..Mission is for you!

It isn’t all about going out into the mission filed but there are behind the jobs things too!
